🔒 DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposit amounts vary based on the service booked.
Your deposit goes toward your final service total.
⏰ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit the deposit.
If you cancel with 24+ hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred once to a future appointment.
🚫 NO-SHOWS
No-shows will result in 100% of the service charge being required before you can rebook.
Repeated no-shows will result in being blocked from booking future appointments.
